Faculty Development - The Solutions:
1) We are advocates for a learning-centered model that addresses the student, the faculty, and the curriculum. A learning-centered model specifically focuses upon an accountable learner, faculty who employ engagement and collaboration, and a curriculum that focuses on critical thinking, effective communication, and a transformative experience.
2) We develop faculty and trainers to understand the power and influence they can have on the education and development of others through engagement, facilitation of learning, and a focus on the development of responsible learners.
