Power Leaders - Our Experience:
1) We have developed and conducted "assessment centers" to provide scenario experience and evaluation. We are qualified to employ a number of psychological tools to identify specific personality, learning, and decision making characteristics.
2) We have extensive experience in assessing multiple sources of evaluation and conducting assessments as well as developmental interviews.
3) We have established leader develop programs currently used in both the US Military Academy (West Point) and the US Air Force Academy. We have developed leaders in large fortune 500 companies through small, family owned businesses. We have taught and established leadership programs at the graduate school level.
3) We actively work with organizations to assess and prepare leaders for the most extreme leader positions and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring when sought. Coaching and mentoring relationships are intended to assist each leader in the development of his or her potential. This is certainly not a counseling or therapeutic relationship, but a program reaching for enhanced performance and preparation for future assignments.
