Organizational Sustainability - The Issues:
1) Organizations now face more challenges than they ever have in the past.
2) It seems that the process to establish sustainability has been ongoing for a fairly long period of time and it is evident that we may be running out of options in regard to traditional approaches to sustainability.
3) Rather than an evolutionary model of success it appears to be the time for a strategic and more encompassing view of what sustainability actually means.
4) Sustainability can't only address profit.
5) The problem is that we are burning up human resources to a point where in many cases we have destroyed the loyalty and commitment of our most important asset, our employees.
6) We are firm believers that people want to be successful and want to make contributions and given the opportunity will certainly be successful.
