What We Do:
We engage organizational leaders in a process to clarify the vision and values of the organization. We then assess the effectiveness of the organizational mission in reaching that vision. This process provides an exceptionally effective process in determining if the organization has actions aligned with vision and provides the leaders clarity in what actions to support and which to refine.
In regards to the workers as well as leaders of the organization, we assess congruence of culture and climate with declared values. We provide options to clarify the organizational priorities as well as the development of people to more effectively move towards vision attainment and value alignment.
Although important, the most critical process is not one of assessment, but one of supporting and encouraging the organization through the process of change. If managed effectively, this can be successfully negotiated and create "transformation". If managed poorly, it can actually work against effective practices and behaviors to reach organizational goals. Transformation alters our way of making meaning and being in the world of work. This deep seated shift involves our understanding and our relationships with others, the world around us, and ourselves.
